Prior to his stint with the Redskins, he worked for 2 years for the NFL's labor relations department, the Management Council. Halsell is the founder of Halsell Analytics & Advisory, LLC, an organization whose sole goal is to educate NFL players, college prospects, and all others interested in the nuances of the NFL's Salary Cap and Player Contracts. Halsell is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University and received his MBA from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University.
